I am privileged to be supported by a small, diverse team of experienced and skilled freelancers with more than 50 years' collective experience and broad academic and industrial backgrounds.

With extensive experience in navigating the complexities of grant applications and articulating fundable, compelling narratives, we are dedicated to helping small businesses achieve their funding goals and commercial success.

In this time, I have helped scores of small businesses and Academic Institutions in the UK and Europe to secure grant funding to deliver ground-breaking innovations, and win key contracts, ensuring their revenue stability, and fostering sustainable growth. 

JMJW was founded by Jacob Wells in July 2024, following more than 15 years experience in the areas of innovation consulting, proposal writing & bid management. 

He is supported by our diverse and experienced team of six Innovation Consultants and Bid Writers, with most having worked alongside Jacob for upwards of seven years.

Together, we are driven by creating positive, collaborative working relationships, with a complete focus on winning proposals and realising innovation.
